The 18th Bday Letter

Dear Son, (I wrote this for both of you - I mean every word to each of you)

Today is your 18th birthday. It’s such a cliché to say that I can hardly believe it and that time has gone by so quickly, but it’s the truth. I feel tremendous ambivalence on this day, and it is not just the poignancy of a parent watching the maturation of a child and the accelerating passage of time and disbelieving that it could happen so quickly. How could you get to be so big, so independent, so capable, so complex, so funny, so far away? How could eighteen years have elapsed since that astonishing, magical moment that our eyes locked and I saw all that you had ever been and all that you were to become. You were disconcertingly serious, unconditionally present and absolutely real, and I have loved you completely ever since.

Like any first child (children), you were the culmination of such vast trepidations and expectations, the repository of such ineffable hope, the focus of so much concern and love. What I’m feeling as I anticipate your transition to adulthood (whatever that might mean!) is beyond my ability to express with words. In thinking about how well or how badly your father and I have prepared you for the world, I find that I am completely unprepared for how much more perilous and awful it feels to send you into the unknown. There are so many more things I want to teach you, to tell you, to show you.

You are still so young and you’re at a wonderful stage of life, with so many wonderful stages of life still to come, but they are not without their costs and perils. I want you to know that no matter what situation life may bring you, I will be there to see you through, if not in person, then in your heart.  There are, and will be more, days that you don’t have the right answers, or any answers at all. You will find cruelty and suffering in your journey through life … but don’t let that close you to new things. Don’t retreat from life, don’t hide or wall yourself off. Be open to new things, new experiences and to new people. If you close your heart to new people, you’ll avoid pain … but you will also lose out on experiencing some incredible people, who will be there during the toughest times of your life and create some of the best times of your life.

Always take responsibility for your actions, good and bad. If you can’t change something, change the way you think about it. You will fail many times but if you allow that to stop you from trying, you will miss out on the amazing feeling of success once you reach new heights with your accomplishments. Failure is a stepping stone to success. You are growing stronger in wisdom with each passing year. Don’t ever use CAN’T as an excuse, ALWAYS TRY. Remember a mistake is not a failure unless you let it keep you down.

You will meet many people who will try to outdo you. Remember, life isn’t a competition. It’s a journey. If you spend that journey always trying to impress others, to outdo others, you’re wasting your journey. Instead, learn to enjoy the journey. Make it a journey of happiness, of constant learning, of continual improvement and above all, of love.

Remember to be kind to others even when you feel they might not deserve it. Let others see the real you from the inside. It’s ok to show your true feeling. Share your amazing spirit with others.

Most of all, love yourself. While others may criticize you, learn not to be so hard on yourself, to think that you’re anything less than the wonderful, sensitive, funny, strong, loyal, multifaceted, intuitive young man that I am so profoundly proud to call my son.

Finally, know that I love you and always will. You are starting out on a weird, scary, daunting, but ultimately incredibly wonderful journey, and I will be there for you when I can.

With all my love
mom

Not much to say...Football done

Twins and Ya Ya and Pa pa

High school football is over. I've had a blast. These boys have made me love this game. I mean realistically, I've always liked football. I had a football boyfriend or two and enjoyed watching them on the field but nothing could prepare me for the love I would have for this game once my boys suited up in the pads.  The thought that my son would take a role in which every game the defender would be set on crashing him and ripping the ball from his hands as he fought for yardage has made me sick, thrilled, insane, excited and many other indescribable emotions.

Last Friday we lost to a team that was not better than us but, definitely more prepared for the emotions.  We showed up to a dog fight in our ballet shoes. (I posted the whole story, then decided against it and erased it). The boys played their hearts out and left nothing on the field. I'm proud and I continue to fall in love with the men they are becoming more each day.

College awaits, back to the bottom of the totem pole on the football field as Twin A continues to ponder his next move. Twin B moves on to basketball and his senior season on the hardwood.

On a side note...CJ and Daddy's team won the championship! CJ enters the Ward realm of building a tradition of champions!

Been Slacking

So I realize I've been slacking on my updates and life in general. It seems its all just one big day lately. I feel extremely exhausted and there can't possible be enough hours for everything. I'm sitting down to get a good update in but no telling when I'll be able to do it again...lol

This senior year seems to be flying by. I'm saddened that in a little over a month I will be a mother of 18 year old twins. Wow is the only word to describe this. The football season has flown by and last Friday was the first playoff game for the their team. We were ranked #5 and played the #12 seed. This division is so deep though, that could have been ugly. Twin A finished with 3 touch downs and was sat down early in the 3rd to save him for what promises to be a physical game against the #4 spot next week. Twin B also continues his starting role at DB and was on an island by himself daring them to through it for most of the night. Finally score was 47-21 but we went into halftime leading 34-0. All scores thereafter were scored on our second string and a host of sophomores brought up after their season for playoffs.

The first quarter ended well with Twin B pulling out his usual good grades. I'll take his 3.6 any day to the 2.5 I solidly had in high school.  Considering he only has 4 classes it should be a bit higher though. Unfortunately, Twin A has a full load complete with two sciences, a math, english, religion, spanish 2 and government. No room for error in his quest to clear the NCAA clearinghouse.  He does well for his stringent academic regimine but I feel bad for him on somedays.  He pulled out the first quarter just under a 3.0, we'll see how he does with finals this semester.

They have finally decided which schools they will apply to and I'm happy to say only two California schools are in the hunt. The other schools include 2 others still on the west coast and a southern school. Yes, all the same schools. Twin A just finally said it "I don't want to go out of state unless my brother comes". aawww, my heart melted  just a bit, but it took him forever to say it.

Finally, senior night wiped me out. I was an emotional wreck for the majority of the day and cried anytime someone asked me how I felt. As the boys ran toward me with their flowers, I could barely see through my tears but wanted to have "no ugly face" pictures so I straightened up. I can't imagine my life without these boys. The love I have for them feels my heart each and everyday.

Lots of talks with them this year and they are sharing some great stuff.  I love that they talk to me and share their thoughts on their life, God and the future.  I will say, I hate their whole "twitter-swag", but they have to have an outlet so I'll let it be..for now.

Back to my hole and making my nitch in this world, taking care of my family, Jr. Rams, basketball, football, law school (which has become overwhelming lately), and everything that is Nesha.

That Kid

so I'm bragging just a slight bit. I feel good today. My Bam Bam is having a great year so far. Each morning as I crawl in that closet and ask God to protect my children each day, to keep them blessed, healthy and injury free I wonder if he also knows that in the back of my mind, I wish for a little more.  The little more is "Lord, it would be nice if somebody out there took notice"...well I'm pleased with the notice he has received thus far.

Today, Maxpreps rankings came out and check this out. My baby is currently number 15 in the country...whoop whoop...and whoa! Check this one out. Hes number to in the state. I'm elated! Just a small boast on my kid.

Quick Break

I'm on a short break. Lots going on, including have 3 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. A horrible experience I must say after one doctor had to stand up on the sides of my chair to really put his muscle into it. It was a flashback from a doctor standing up over me and pushing twin B out at birth after he decided he would float around instead of coming out right after his brother. I'm miserable. I'm on 2.5 vicodine right now and still in pain...so iWrite.   I woke up to the boys giggling about Twin A's computer animation video they put together. I've attached for your viewing pleasure. He got an A. Wish they would have cleaned up the room first or even video'd (is that a word?) on a wall other than the one they were wrestling near and kicked a hole in the wall.

Large tourney this week and next. Summer begins...PS...as of tomorrow. The boys are JUNIORS!

Twin B

I wanted to share a conversation I had this week. It seems so much more enlightning lately to talk to people who don't just listen but are actually processing what you say. It makes me smile each time I think about it.

So I had this discussion about my Twin B. He's so very different from Twin A in so many ways. Not only are they mirror twins (meaning one is left-hand, one is right, one reads well, one does numbers well, one is the spokesperson for the twins and one is a bit shy, one is the social butterfly and the other not so much).  Here is the thing...they both are good at sports but one seems to excel without having much effort most days while the other works a bit harder at sports but is so bright in the class that sometimes it seems too easy.

Problem is this. Twin B is so smart, not just with books but just about life in general that he sometimes seems disturbed by us normal people.  We are mere pions to his oversized brain. Not that he is a genius or anything. He merely thinks that you should be able to explain to him in detail why you think he should be doing it your way, hold an intelligent conversation and realize when you are the joke of the room. He could care less about doing his best on the court when he doesn't feel like it, or rather if you can't coach him to it. He doesn't want to hear your spewing of the magic trick for getting to college being a sports scholarship because in his opinion sports is fun and he'll apply himself when need be but he's going to college anyway.  I love him for being his own man. My problem is that at 16 you simply can't turn your nose up at people you think are not very intelligent. You aren't in the position nor is it nice.

I've simplified this conversation quite a bit.

So in my discussion about Twin B I was told some things that I will keep in my heart forever about my dear twin.  Simply put, we can't down our kids because they don't fit into our box. If he realizes his limits at this stage in life he is far ahead of many others and of course the biggest thing that got me.  My friend shared that "you must know more than me for me to respect you or be happy about following you". Those are not the exact words so I shouldn't put them in quotes but basically simplified.  I loved the example I was given.

"You want me to play man to man on this dude. You know he's faster than me, I know he's faster than me, he's beat me down the court the last 3 times and instead of switching to a better defense or adjusting who I guard, you want to make me look like an idiot and scream 'run twin' and then get mad when I don't", then throw me on the bench and say, he's just not working hard.

Wow. Good stuff. Quite simply put. In order to be the very best parent I can be I've learned over the years that all this competition stuff is irrelevant.  It's not about living our dreams through our kid. So they don't make the paper each week. So they don't make 20 points a game or 4 TDs a game. They are having a good time and we need to learn to love them through it all. Our hangups are not theirs. I love that Twin B is his own man. He thinks different than others. He has dreams and goals that don't include every single thing that I want from him. Sometimes it just takes longer to take the mommy goggles off.

Blessings,
Powerful Beyond Measure

Feliz cumpleaños mi amor - Happy Birthday

I sat down this morning and tried to think of something moving to write so that a reader could truly understand my journey with the twins. How much they have saved my life and how much I adore them. The are no real words to describe how I truly feel. Until today I didn't think 16 was ever coming...meaning, I felt they would be my babies forever.

That's probably why I finally gave into the promise to allow Twin A to get his ears pierced when he was 16. I made the deal at 12. He never forgot. I did. He started reminding me last Wednesday. CRAP! Thank God, I had enough sence to tell him he will never be allowed to get a tattoo as long as he lives in my home.

In all seriousness though, I looked back at some letters I wrote when they were still in my womb and how much I loved them before they even arrived. It's still tickles me to think of myself breaking down crying on the ultrasound table when they told me it was twins. I couldn't imagine how in the world I would ever complete this huge assignment the Lord had chosen for me. Instead I cursed God and asked him why he had done this to me. God is good and he only gave me one busy baby at a time. When one cried the other smiled, when one screamed the other slept, when one swing stopped rocking back and forth the other kept going. When one bottle was empty the other was full. Twin A walked a month before Twin B and Twin B talked 2 months before Twin A uttered a word. It has been like that their entire lives.

How far I've come in raising these two and no matter how many mistakes I make they continue to love me regardless. Our daily talks, or laying on the bed in silence or my loud mouth in the stands at their games make me so happy.

This year I promised myself I would baby them less and allow them to grow up a little and not shelter them so much but it's been a internal fight sometimes. When I see Twin B not working his hardest on the field or court, even though I know he is one of the most talented out there, I no longer want to beat up the coach because he is an "idiot" and doesn't know true talent. I look to my son and say "work harder, no one is going to give you anything you have to take it". I also make sure to reward him when his grades continue to rise because I want him to know that hard work pays off and an athletic scholarship is not the only way to college.

I'm still working on not coddling Twin A so much. He needs his hand held just a bit longer academically but with God's help, my continued push and some more maturity I'm sure he will be as successful in the classroom as he is on the field.

I've often said if you make them into one they are SUPERHUMAN but they are two and each have their own issues, traits, and qualities. No matter the situation they realize if that I love them so much and they love me. Tonight they have planned a dinner...including dates and a movie with friends for their 16th birthday. I guess I should enjoy the chauffering that I'll be doing tonight as next year they'll probably ask if they can use the car.

Twins - Mommy loves you more than you will ever know. Happy 16th. Love Mom.

Beware of the Skanks in Training

If you follow me on facebook at all you'll know that I was enraged at the end of my day yesterday regarding Twin A's new little love interest. I'm being polite in the decription of my post regarding the FSOA club (future skanks of america).

Here is a brief summary. Twin A who almost never texts unless its to me, dad or to ask a friend about an assignment a practice or to his ya-ya about his touchdowns had been on his phone texting away for about a week...night and day. His new quarter grades on powerschool left a lot to be desired as well and in my opinion he's been more than distracted the last couple of weeks. Add to the pot my lovely school VIP's who make sure I remain in the loop who also stopped by to throw me the skank alert flag, and my beams were on fire. The alert was not only was the girl not the most attractive chickenhead in the group but her reputation for already being a squirrel (you know what squirrels like to eat) had already made it around the school. She's a freshman and its November for Pete's sake.

After some detective work and checking my facts (you know we have our ways), I approached Twin who basically told me "mom I heard it all, she a nice girl and I like her". I gave him the benefit until I got my last phone call before I had my second discussion with him in which it went something like "I trust your judgement and will support whatever decison you make because I've raised you right but please know that for every rumor there is some truth to it and I'm not sure how you feel but the thought of kissing a girl who may even have possibly given bj's or anything else to some or even one of your friends should make you throw up in your mouth a little bit". He sat quietly and told me he would think about it and soon went to bed.

I got a text about an hour ago that said "mom, I love you I had to cut her".

I'm sure I can't chase all the hoes in training away forever and his emotions will eventually over rule my scenarios and visuals but for now it worked and all I can do is continue to put some type of morsel into his mind about what is appropriate to bring home.

In the Pit of My Belly

So much craziness going on right now. I learned this weekend that I'm not insane. I'm every bit the overprotective mother I ever wanted to be. Found out some information that has recently changed the life of one of my children's friends forever. I feel sad for them. I don't care what ANYBODY says YES, MY CHILDREN ARE SHELTERED, Yes I'm overbearing, protective, too sensitive and too involved in my children's lives. SO WHAT. Kiss my butt.

I'm staying this way.

I feel like sending my favorite song but instead of posting the video I'll post the lyrics.

I may be just a foolish dreamer
But I don't care
'Cause I know my happiness is waiting out there somewhere
I'm searching for that silver lining
Horizons that I've never seen
Oh I'd like to take just a moment and dream my dream
Dream my dream
Zoom I'd like to fly far away from here
Where my mind is fresh and clear
And I'd find the love that I long to see
Where everybody can be what they wanna be
I'd like the greet the sun each morning

PLAYOFF TIME!

I can feel it come in the air tonight, oh Lord - Phil Collins

Well, it's that time. Been waiting all season for it to get here and now is the time. Playoffs are here and in the SJS Saint Mary's High School is rated #1 baby! Come get it!

Checked to make sure my boys were focused on the task at hand and grades look good. Next checked their myspace pages for inspection and I found this on Twin A's page...

love it!

On Twin B's page I found something equally as good. Love a multi-talented receiver -

Twin B has gone on to basketball. The last JV football game ended Friday night. Saturday morning he was at basketball practice at 8am. This was the last football reminent I found on his page as he's remade it to fit the upcoming basketball season. Still love that round ball! Can't wait for the season to begin but right now I got OUR (YES I SAID OUR)...okay okay, (THEIR) sights set on a run for the state title. It's all for the parents anyway right?

Be back with an update next Friday peeps!

Football Pics

The push for the holidays has begun. I'm getting nervous. Things are getting tight and the economy is starting to squeeze just a little...well a lot.
I'm having fun watching the boys week to week play their football games and I still continue to push them in the classroom. Sometimes it's a struggle. Got some new football pics. Thought I'd share!

Just Stopping By

Theme Music this week....I ADORE THIS SONG AND PLAY THE AIR DRUMS WHEREVER I AM EVERY TIME IT GETS TO THE 3:34 MARK! FOOTBALL MUSIC BABY!!!

Wow! Things have been a little crazy here lately and it's becoming much harder to make this a daily blog. Weekly has been hard enough. Football season is NUTS! It seems the Fridays are flying by.

My boys team cracked the top 100 in the nation this week! See for yourself. We'll take the number #88 spot!. BAM BAM will make his Varsity appearance this week. After accumulating 14tds in 7 games at the JV level this year and 500+ yards he's making the big jump. I'm a little worried for him but we left the decision completely up to him. I'm hoping he won't be camping out on the sideline too much. Even a 4th quarter appearance would make me...and him, I'm sure feel good. We'll see.

Twin B will stay down at JV and he's doing well with quite a few vicious catches in traffic this year, but I still look at his face and watch the computer history and his frequent visits to the basketball forums and know that he is pining for the basketball season to begin.

As the holidays begin to approach I'm increasingly becoming more anxious to visit my mom and dad sometime soon. I never thought I'd be a adult child in misery over not seeing her parents but I somehow feel that visits to them are necessary to keep me sane. As necessary as my gym visits each day...I know, wierd but even though I've been with my immediate family all of my adult life I still sometimes feel as if my real wall only can be let down with my mommy and daddy. Yes that is what I call them and if you have a problem with it...SEE ME. (smile)

Well, I rushed this one in between, scrubbing uniforms and floading 4 loads of laundry that has been sitting slowly growing in a chair for 2 days. Peace and Hair Grease!

Just say no to fried ocra!

Nesh!

M.I.A

(Wondertwin power...ACTIVATE) (#18 Twin B, #5 Twin A)

Ripping any running. Such is life lately. Haven't had much time to blog...but I miss all of my readers even if somedays the only one reading is me.

It's 96 degrees outside right now and just sticking nasty hot. I don't want winter just yet but I'd love for it to be a little cooler, maybe just 10 degrees color.

School is crazy right now between all these tests and homework and projects. Work life, not to mention football has been going, going and going. Since it's too hot to be in the writing mood I thought I'd share some pictures of the last few weeks. Enjoy. MUUUUAAAAHHHHH!!!!

(My little daffodil picker got a tackle this week, next year he'll be in beast-mode)

(my handsome little sophs...lub them boys)

(Cayden started school, he's so happy...AND SO IS MOMMY!)

Just some ramblings

It's Friday and I"m off to the wind! On my way to the gym. No work in an office today but LOTS TO DO! Today is the big day! I've been waiting to take these braids down forever. I even had the nerve to go get the front and back done so I could keep them longer, or should I say, keep from having to take them down longer...and now I am official that woman that other black woman talk about. "ooohhh look at them raggedy braids, girl they raising up off her poor head...she need to take them down!" Yes, the growth is so long in the middle it's working my scalp, my ponytail clip and my nails! Just nasty. I figure it'll talk about 4 hours to take it down, then I'm off to Friday night FOOTBALL! My boys don't play tonight because the team they are playing doesn't have stadium lights so we play Saturday instead but what's a Friday night without football. So we are off to see another local team. Our little Will is making is Varsity debut!

In other news, we are halfway through the quarter. My twin A is still struggling just a bit but we are working to get him into the light. He's a great kid and hard worker so although he's fighting right now he will be victorious in the classroom as well as the field. I can't go without giving props to my little CJ who is kicking butt in the classroom and his reading his coming along BEAUTIFULLY! His math facts are great too thanks to Around the World! CAYDEN CAYDEN CAYDEN What can I say. He has finally started Preschool! Little King ain't the king no more! He's been at school 3 days and been on timeout twice! He's excited about school and seems to be growing up already. Finally, my little twin B continues to amaze me with his willingness to want to be the best in everything. He is determined this year to
maintain is 4.0 status and so far he is achieving. I am so proud of him.

For now, that's about it! All things are well...love and hugs. It's the weekend!

Good News

This morning was just a bit overwhelming between trying to get all the boys off to school this morning. FIRST DAY 10TH GRADE! Whoop Whoop. In the process of trying to get the twins out the door the garage collapsed and barely missed my car. It came off the track with the truck still inside. Thank goodness for my two boys. They managed to get it on track good enough to push it up and hold it up while I backed up. We barely made it out after they had to return back to the house to scrub all the dirt and grim off. I arrived at their school at 8:00 and made it back across town to get CJ out the door and to school.

I was a little flustered when I got back home but I got a great phone call in the middle of it all. I've been up a little lately thinking about bills, tuition, the economy the future and such. My friend on the line called to say not to worry about anything because it was all worked out. I can't really go into details much. Sorry guys public forum but I can relax a little. I'm very happy.

Second good news is that a friend shared some school information with me last week. I told her how frustrated I was that Twin A had been put into Contemporary Foods, a non-transferrable class that is IN MY OPINON worthless. I mean come on, I can teach my son how to cook and prepare foods at home. They gave him health as well. TWO garbage classes? My friend shared with me that buried in the middle of the English classes was Rhetoric, a great elective that is also on the NCAA clearinghouse list. Love it! Well, loved it until I went to try to enroll him in the class and there was no room. Gggggrrrr!

I got the call yesterday that they found room for him and he's in. Whoop Whoop!
And now I'm off any running. Make it a great day!

Summer Craziness Continues

Wow! My boys are off...up in the air. I think I'll be a little more calm once they have landed in Texas. As of right now, I'm just a little anxious, nervous, sad to have the house so quiet. But then again Cayden is asleep. They looked so handsome going out the door with their suitcases in tow...funny each had a brush and can of grease in one hand along with their summer reading for school. I'm so glad that I didn't have to remind them to get their reading done while they are gone.

Their report cards came in for summer school too! An A for both in Alegebra 2. Sweeeet! Almost makes me want to rethink the public school thing. If you don't remember from a previous post, I sent them to public school for summer school in order to avoid the cost of private school during the summer and to give them a just a little break. Almost scarey how easily they breezed through the class but it makes me feel so much better about my decision to send them to a school were they have to work a little harder in the classroom. Unfortunatley the summer reading that is required for the start of the school year includes a list of books that are all about 450 plus pages. Twin A chose a book about De La Salle High School Football and Twin B chose a book about The Patriot League. That should have been a given huh?

So just a few more things going on. My dad sent me a picture of the haircut he gave CJ. I nearly crapped my pants. I was so furious but I love my daddy so much how could I ever let him know how much it bothered me. I figured if I acted up he'd only say, "you aren't here so why do you care". Then I'd say "but they know he's my child and he looks horrible...blah blah blah". Then they'd tell me how it's only hair and it will grow back etc etc. While I was contemplating this whole thing CJ called
and he sounded so happy and told me how much he LOVED his haircut and he didn't want to cut it. Meanwhile as blood is running down my mouth from biting my tongue my mother called on the other line to say my father had lost his mind in his old age and she would be taking him to the barbershop to fix it first thing, Tuesday morning. I thought..."there ain't no fixing that". You might as well shave it off and besides it's crooked. Then I just decided, whatever...it will grow back by the time I see him on the 28th. At least he's not a girl. He's having the time of his life.

The next two weeks should fly by I guess. I have millions of things to do before our team leaves for Vegas next week. The boys will arrive on Tuesday only to turn right back around as we hope on the road to Nationals. Unfortunately while we are gone CJ will miss the first week of football conditining but I think he'll be okay. I think the whole town has asked me "when is CJ coming home".

Yesterday I received information for the start of school in the mail. I can't believe we are less than a month from school beginning. Craziness. It seems that summer just began.

By the Way - My albums of the summer - Maxwell as the top of my list followed by Ginuwine and Goapele...love them!

Friday Update

Little glum the last few days but I'm not letting it get me down. Couple of things.
I broke the computer. I blew it out with airdust to get all this crappy central valley dust out of it and since I did whenever I go on youtube or any site with tons of graphics it overheats and shuts down. I know it has something to do with the fan but I don't know how to fix it.

The boys leave next week for Texas to go visit ya-ya for a week. CJ is already there and I know the big boys are anxious to get away. My mom asked me to send Cayden but I don't want to ruin their vacation by sending the little "terror" so he'll be home getting loved up for a little bit. Loved up or tied up...one of the two.

It's mid summer and hot as hell. It's been between 102 and 105 the last few days. I'm enjoying but it's just stifling on somedays. I tried to lay out in it and get a little darker but it's just TOO DAMN HOT!

Got a few things going on in my mind lately. Just a mix of stuff. I'm spinning a little bit. Trying to teach myself to just be quiet and listen for a minute when this happens instead of freaking out. hhhmmmm we'll see.

Eminem feels me. He wrote a song about it.

Happy Birthday CJ

A picture is worth a thousand words! I asked my baby what he wanted last week for his birthday and imagine my surprise when he said he wanted an Easy Bake Oven. Yes...an Easy Bake Oven and a Snowcone Machine were at the top of his list!

Recently he had spent the night at a friend's house and his sister had an oven. CJ fell in love and has been in the kitchen with me each night and has also requested cooking classes. Wow! I love that he has his own thing!

So Saturday was filled with a house full of kids, a bounce house waterslide, gifts and a transformer pinata. The transformer cupcakes even worked out quite nice. By evening the kids had gone home, CJ - The Rockstar had a date with the movie "UP" and the rest of us crashed out by 9:30!

Happy Birthday My Sweetie Little Boy!
